Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is used to treat underlying issues related to the pain of muscles, joints, and injuries. It is beneficial for resolving both chronic and acute pain.
Bowen Therapy is a wholistic technique, that involves gentle manipulation of the soft tissue. And this stimulates the connective tissue (fascia) around the muscles to help resolve your pain.
Because it’s so gentle and effective, it’s great for use with babies, children, adults, seniors, and even pets!
Bowen treats anything from frozen shoulders, headaches, neck pain, back pain, knee injuries, and more.
Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the principle that our organs are represented through reflex points found on the hands, feet, face, and ears.
And it uses varied pressure and stimuli techniques on these reflex points. This pressure may assist the body organs and systems to rebalance, through the energy flow.
It also promotes relaxation, wellness, and healing.
Phototherapy Patching
Phototherapy patches use light therapy to stimulate or improve the natural healing actions occurring within. Thus, supporting our bodies to heal.
And the benefit of this therapy is that they are non-transdermal. Which means that nothing enters the body. It simply uses your body’s own light waves to penetrate and exert an action.
Therefore, it’s a great way to help your body and you can use the patches from the comfort of your own home.
Our trained therapist, Danni, will assess your current health concerns. Then she will recommend specific patches, most suited to support your body.
